dome extrusion on LCI's Twin Dome Granulator

Twin Dome Granulator™

The patented Twin Dome Granulator (TDG) offers high capacity twin screw extrusion through a hemi-spherical die that allows for uniform extrusion pressure and shear.

TDG extruder for production scale extrusion
Production scale twin screw extruders are available in cabinet or flat bed styles and in the following models for industrial applications:

TDG-80, TDG-110, and TDG-220

radial extrusion on LCI's Xtruder

Xtruder™ (Radial)

The radial Xtruder has been a mainstay of low pressure extrusion for 30 years. Twin screws transport material into the extrusion zone where tapered extrusion blades wipe material through perforated screens.

Xtruder for production scale extrusion

Production scale radial extruders are available in the following models for industrial applications:

EXDS-60, EXDS-100, EXDS-130 and EXDS-180

basket extrusion on LCI's Basket Granulator

Basket Granulator™

LCI's Basket Granulator is the lowest pressure extruder available. Materials are gravity fed into the granulator and are wiped through perforated screens by extrusion blades. The gap between blade and screen is adjustable.

production scale extruder, the Basket Granulator

Production scale basket extruders are available in the following models for industrial applications:

BR-200, BR-450, and BR-600

axial extrusion on LCI's Xtruder

Xtruder™ (Axial)

Axial twin screw extrusion is available in a low pressure form so that shear and compression are minimized. Normally used to make extrusions where particles larger than 2 mm are desired.
