Agitated thin film, wiped film, or short-path evaporators process heat sensitive, viscous, or fouling materials. Either the vaporizable conponent (distillate) or the concentrated component may be the product.
It is also ideal for concentrating, distilling, or reacting products that possess one or more problematic characteristics, such as heat sensitivity, high viscosity, and tendency to foul heating surfaces.
