Marumerizer™ Spheronizers - Which Size Do You Need?

The Marumerizer (spheronizer) from LCI is used to convert cylindrical extrudates to smooth, uniform spheres in a wide range of applications.

Production scale models are available in five sizes for industrial applications: QJ-400T, QJ-700T, QJ-700TW (twin bowl), QJ-1000, and QJ-1000TW (twin bowl).

  • 304 stainless steel jacketed bowl for heating or cooling to prevent material from sticking to side walls of bowl

  • Friction (spheronizer) plate with 2mm pitch
