Basket Granulator™ Extruder

LCI's Basket Granulator Extruder is the lowest pressure extruder available. The wet mix, which is typically prepared in a kneader, pug mixer or high shear granulator (pharma), is metered into the feed hopper by a feeder or hand fed.

TDG-60 : Small-Scale Extrusion Granulator for Precision Granule Production

The TDG-60 (Twin Dome Granulator) produces granules from 0.3 mm to 2.0 mm diameter with reduced die breakage risk, consistent internal fill, and a dome die matched directly to the lab-scale MG-55 for predictable scale-up.

Twin Dome Granulator™ Extruder

The patented Twin Dome Granulator (TDG) Extruder offers high capacity twin screw extrusion through a hemi-spherical die that allows for uniform extrusion pressure and shear.

Xtruder™ (Axial) Extruder

Twin screw extruder for making large extrudates from 2.0- 8.0mm in diameter.

Xtruder™ Radial Extruder

Production scale twin screw extruder with screens are capable of producing 0.5mm to 2.0mm diameter extrudates. The Xtruder can be provided with a cooling option for temperature sensitive material and has a bypass feature that allows for pressure relief.
